DJI has launched Mavic 3 Drone along with Fly More Combo and Cine Premium Combo in the US online. It costs $2,199 for the drone, $2,999 for the Fly More combo, and $4,999 for the Cine Premium Combo. DJI Mavic 3 features a 4/3 CMOS Hasselblad Camera Sensor that boasts a 12.8-stop dynamic range offering better quality in the highlights and shadows. On a full charge, this new drone can stay in the air longer than the previous-gen models. The official specs boast 46 Minutes of Flight Time which is great to have in a drone.
For better, safer flying, DJI has equipped the Mavic 3 with Omnidirectional Obstacle Sensing. The max transmission range possible is 15kms and uses O3+ Transmission system. The new drone also features an Advanced RTH system ( Return to Home ), that would let you bring back the drone in a safe and optimized route.
In the video department, the Mavic 3 supports 5.1K @ 50fps videos as well as 4K @ 120fps slow-mo footage. The 4/3 sensor would let you take 20MP stills which can be shot in either Jpeg or DNG, or both.
