Acer has launched Swift X SFX14-41G-R1S6 ( NX.AU3AA.001 ) in the US at a price of $999.99. Acer will also be launching a few other variants in this series. These new Swift X 2021 laptops will be available to pre-order from Amazon US, B&H, Adorama, etc in the coming weeks. Stay tuned.

Acer Swift X SFX14-41G-R1S6 ( NX.AU3AA.001 ) is powered by AMD Ryzen 7 5800U octa-core processor. For graphics, Acer has equipped this model with the recently announced Nvidia GeForce RTX 3050Ti GPU. This GPU supports features like NVIDIA DLSS, NVIDIA Resizable BAR, NVIDIA Dynamic Boost 2.0, NVIDIA GPU Boost etc. While all other RTX 30 Series GPUs are VR Ready, the RTX 3050 series is not.
There is another model listed in the SFX14-41G series for a similar price – SFX14-41G-R75Q ( NX.AC2AA.001 ) – which is powered by a slightly less powerful Ryzen 7 5700U processor and has an entry-level GTX 1650 GPU.
Swift X SFX14-41G-R1S6 features a 14 inch Full HD screen with Acer ComfyView. It has an 85.73% screen-to-body ratio and supports 300nits max brightness. This panel supports a 100% sRGB color gamut for good color accuracy.
Even though the RTX 3050 Ti is capable of powering high refresh rate displays, this model doesn’t have a 144hz or higher screen, instead uses a regular 60hz screen ( the specs sheet doesn’t mention anything ).
It comes with 16GB of ram and has 512GB SSD storage. This laptop supports WiFi 6 network and is powered by a 4-cell battery offering up to 14 hours of battery life. Check out the full specs below.
