Sony has been ruling the Full-frame mirrorless camera world for a while now. Since they didn’t have much competition, often times the same sensor was used on multiple generations of cameras. With Canon announcing the 8K EOS R5 mirrorless body last year, Sony finally has some real competition in the mirrorless camera world. Thus the Sony Alpha 1 Camera series – The one never seen – was born.

Sony Alpha 1 ( ILCE1/B ) features a brand new 50MP sensor with support for 8K @ 30fps recording support. This camera is powered by a new Advanced BIONZ XR engine and can shoot up to 30fps continuously. This sensor has an ISO range of 100–32000 and offers great low light capabilities. It comes with improved Animal and Eye AF, and also now supports Realtime bird Eye AF. Check out the full specs below.

Sony has also launched Xperia Pro Android Smartphone along with this, with some Pro features aimed at Professionals.
